So here he was, seeking out Jesse to finally give him an answer. Jaden almost couldn't contain his excitement, but hoped he wasn't too late. He trudged up a path that lead to a sweet spot with a great view of the school-one that had a big oak tree in the center. He knew that besides on the school roof, he could always find Jesse there too. When he reached the edge of the clearing, Jaden could see Jesse laying on ground basking his body in the sunshine while the tree cast a shadow across his face. Jaden lips curved into a sweet smile as he slowly stepped closer-trying to make his steps as quiet as possible.
